At Sole To Soul Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
